Theory Planning Partners is a boutique wealth creation firm built exclusively for the top female entrepreneurs in the United States.

Our founder, Kaitlyn Carlson, consciously crafted this concept based on her experience working with the wealthiest entrepreneurs in America.  She noticed that multi-millionaires and billionaires, all of which were men, had a level of access, expertise, and support that positioned them for optimal wealth creation.

We represent a paradigm shift.  Our mission is to accelerate wealth creation for female business owners by applying these same principles and doing so in a way that supersedes what currently exists. Collaboration, transparency, empowerment, and objectivity are our highest values.

We work exclusively with women who are a mutually good fit. This is typically a business owner of a privately-held company generating 6-, 7-, or 8-figures in annual revenue.
